The roadmap: 6 stages from clinician to owner

Not a video library. A sequence of decisions, each with something to show for it, and a partner professional standing at the hard corners.

Self-paced. Two to three hours a week. Lifetime access.

What you build in each stage

Every stage is open from the day you enroll. Most people go in order, because each stage builds on the last; you can jump ahead if you have already done part of the work.

Start: clinician

  1. Stage 1: Decide

Practice or brand, solo or with partners, insurance or cash pay. The decision that shapes every other one.

    1. Practice, brand, or both
    2. Cash pay, insurance, or hybrid
    3. Your first-year number
    4. Writing the decision brief

    You leave with

A one-page decision brief: the business you are building, and why.

  2. Stage 2: Set up the entity

The paperwork that makes it real: entity, EIN, banking, insurance, and your state's rules for your license.

    Partner session:
    • Legal
    1. Choosing an entity with your attorney
    2. EIN, bank account and bookkeeping from day one
    3. Malpractice, liability and the policies you actually need
    4. State board rules and collaborative agreements

    You leave with

A formed entity with a business bank account, insurance quotes in hand, and a compliance checklist for your state.

  3. Stage 3: Build the offer

What you sell, what it costs, and why someone books you instead of the clinic down the road.

    Partner sessions:
    • Accounting
    • Financing
    1. Services people will pay for
    2. Pricing that covers your life and your overhead
    3. Positioning: the one sentence
    4. Memberships, packages and payment plans

    You leave with

A priced service menu and a one-sentence positioning statement.

  4. Stage 4: Systems

Booking, intake, charting, billing, and the unglamorous parts that keep a practice out of trouble.

    Partner session:
    • Billing
    1. Booking and scheduling that fills itself
    2. Intake, consent and charting
    3. Getting paid: billing, superbills and cards
    4. HIPAA basics for a small practice

    You leave with

A working booking-to-billing flow you have tested end to end.

  5. Stage 5: Launch

Brand, website, first clients, and the first 90 days.

    Partner sessions:
    • Marketing
    • Websites
    1. A brand you can live with
    2. Your website and what it has to do
    3. Your first ten clients
    4. The first 90 days

    You leave with

A launch plan with dates, a live website, and your first ten clients booked.

  6. Stage 6: Grow

Hiring, cash flow, a second location, and knowing when to say no.

    Partner sessions:
    • Accounting
    • Financing
    1. Reading your numbers every month
    2. Hiring your first help
    3. Adding a service or a location
    4. Protecting your time

    You leave with

A 12-month growth plan with the numbers behind it.

Finish: owner

Watch. Do. Ask.

Every stage runs the same way, so the rhythm becomes yours by the second one.

  1. Watch

Short recorded lessons, most under twenty minutes, from Felina and the partner professionals.

  2. Do

Each stage asks for one deliverable, with the worksheet to produce it. Finish the stage and you have done real work.

  3. Ask

Bring your questions to the partners who join each stage, and to Felina, who reads every note.

Self-paced, and yours to keep

Plan on two to three hours a week: about an hour of lessons and the rest doing the work the stage asks for. A busy clinical week does not set you back; the lessons wait for you.

Access lasts as long as the program exists, including updates to a stage. If you decide within 14 days that it is not for you, you get a full refund.

Start with the decision brief. Everything else follows from it.
