These terms cover your use of the Mentorship program at learn.felinasno.com (the "program"), operated by Felina Sno, Omaha, Nebraska. By enrolling or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.
1. What the program is
The program is education for licensed clinicians on building a practice or brand. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or medical advice, and nothing in it creates a professional relationship of that kind. Your own attorney, accountant, licensing board and insurers govern your decisions.
2. Your account
An enrollment is for one person. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so keep that email account secure and do not forward sign-in links. Tell us if you believe someone else is using your access.
3. Payment
Prices are shown on the Enroll page. You can pay in full or in three monthly installments through Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card details. If an installment payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, access is paused until the plan is current. All amounts are in US dollars.
4. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms.
5. Your licence to the material
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch, read and download the program material for your own use. You may not share your access, copy or record lessons, redistribute downloads, or use the material to build a competing course. Felina Sno keeps all rights in the material.
6. Acceptable use
Be honest in the forms and respectful in any community feature we add. We may suspend or end access for sharing accounts, redistributing material, or abusive behaviour, without refund where the breach is serious.
7. Partners and referrals
The program introduces partner professionals. They are independent businesses; we are not responsible for their work, and any agreement you make is between you and them. Felina Sno may receive a referral fee when a member becomes a partner's client. That fee never changes the price you pay them.
8. No guarantees
Results depend on you, your market and factors outside anyone's control. We do not promise income, clients, licensure outcomes or any particular result. Stories from members describe their experience, not what you will experience.
9. Availability and changes
We may update lessons, add or retire material, and change how the program is delivered. We aim for the platform to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; the version date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Felina Sno's total liability to you for anything arising from the program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Ending your enrollment
You can stop using the program at any time. We can end an enrollment for a breach of these terms as described above. Sections 5, 8 and 10 survive the end of your enrollment.
