This policy explains what information the Mentorship platform at learn.felinasno.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers the public pages, your member account and payments. The Felina Sno Wellness medspa has its own privacy policy and Notice of Privacy Practices; nothing on this platform is medical care, and we do not collect health information here.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and the name you give us.
- Enrollment and payment status from Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your card details directly; we never see or store them.
- Your progress through the lessons, so the platform can show where you left off.
- What you send us through forms: the free-lesson sign-up, the Apply form and the waitlist, including the answers you type.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and by analytics tools described below.
How we use it
To run the program: to sign you in, deliver lessons, process payments and refunds, and answer your messages. To send you email about the program and, if you opted in, occasional letters from Felina; you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in each message. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the platform, protects forms from bots (Turnstile) and streams the lesson videos.
- Stripe processes payments and holds your card details under its own privacy policy.
- Kit sends our email and holds your email address and tags.
- Sanity stores the program content you read.
- Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, when enabled, measure visits and sign-ups so we know what is working. They use cookies described below.
These providers process information on our behalf and under their own security commitments. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. A short-lived cookie unlocks the free lesson after you enter your email. Analytics cookies, when enabled, measure use of the site; you can block them in your browser without affecting the program.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress for as long as you are enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can come back. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time: we remove your name and email from the platform, revoke your sign-in, and unsubscribe you from email; Stripe keeps the payment record it is required to keep.
Your choices
You can update your name and email preferences in your account, unsubscribe from marketing email, ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing the contact address on this site.
Security
Connections to the platform are encrypted. Sign-in links are single use and expire quickly. Access to member data is limited to the people who need it to run the program.
Children
The program is for licensed clinicians and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version date at the top tells you when it last changed.
